I’m pleased to offer 24/7 viewer access to lunch-hour yoga classes recorded while teaching them live through Zoom.
Gentle Hatha, Hatha, and Yang-Yin classes are beginner friendly with options to increase the challenge. Some level of fitness (not necessarily yoga) recommended for Flow classes.
These are not studio-quality recordings & include my personality quirks.
Focus: Stretching & Relaxation
These classes involve gentle movement, stretching, and longer holds in relaxed poses to wake up the body and help you find flexibility and relaxation.
Suitable for all levels.
Focus: Full-body Stretch & Strengthen
These classes balance stretching with strengthening to relieve stress and leave you feeling strong, relaxed, and energized.
Beginner friendly with variations for all.
Focus: Cardio, arm, & core workout
These fast-paced classes will challenge your body, heart, & lungs as you move more quickly from one pose to the next!
Some level of fitness recommended.

Andrew Jobes has taught more than 3,300 yoga classes and workshops since 2013. He owns and operates Balance At Work, which specializes in workplace wellness services and workshops, as well as yoga and meditation for clients with mental health diagnoses. He worked for the MNRF for 10 years and understands the physical and mental stresses of the workplace. Andrew has completed 500-hour Hatha, 100-hour Vinyasa (Flow), 15-hour Trauma-sensitive, and 18-hour Love Your Brain (to help students with acquired brain injuries) Yoga Teacher Trainings and has provided educational presentation and led workplace wellness workshops and yoga classes for several Peterborough employers. He is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), recently completed an MA in Counselling Psychology, and is currently building a full-time private psychotherapy practice.
